EnkiLabs Technologies Inc. ("EnkiLabs", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Enki App platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your information. We are committed to handling your data with transparency, integrity, and the highest security standards.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our safety services:

Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed), profile information.
Contract data: Check-in schedules, trusted contact details, vault contents you choose to upload.
Location data: Only when explicitly enabled by you for itinerary sharing — never collected passively.
Device data: Device type, OS version, push notification token for check-in delivery.
Usage data: Anonymized logs of feature usage to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

Deliver and maintain the Enki App service.
Send check-in notifications and trigger escalation alerts.
Release vault contents to designated contacts upon a confirmed trigger event.
Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
Improve the platform through anonymized, aggregated analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Vault contents are client-side encrypted before transmission. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. For full details, see our Security Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion. Vault data is permanently deleted upon account closure. Usage logs are anonymized after 90 days.
