We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under Article 6 GDPR: Contract performance (to deliver the Enki App service you signed up for), Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security), and Consent (for optional features such as location sharing).

Request a full copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

Correct or complete inaccurate personal data at any time.

Right to Erasure (Art. 17)

Request permanent deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

Right to Portability (Art. 20)

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).

Right to Object (Art. 21)

Object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

Right to Restriction (Art. 18)

Limit processing of your data during a dispute or pending request.


Data Transfers

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada, which the European Commission has recognised as providing adequate data protection (adequacy decision). No transfers to third countries without equivalent protections are made.
